We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a self-serve laundry mat and a convenient CU store on-site. The location was wonderfully convenient, connected to the Yongsan Metro station and the Yongsan shopping center. It was also close to the subway station, making it easy to get to most places in this city. The breakfast had a great selection, and the staff were helpful and kind.
Couldn't fault. The hotel was great in every way.

Limousine buses available for easy transportation to and from Incheon airport. Easy access to train and subway connections for exploring Korea.

We had a great stay at Novotel. The location was perfect, just near the Yongsan train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel lobby was beautifully decorated. The room itself was large and modern, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, it was cleaned daily, ensuring a pleasant environment.
We did encounter a minor inconvenience. The shower setup in the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, as the tub was shallow and difficult to climb into for a shower.

Upon arriving at this hotel, we were immediately impressed by the luxurious amenities. the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna were just what we needed after a long day of exploring the city. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our every need. In-room breakfast was delivered right on time and was delicious.
While the food was good, the selection was not as extensive as we had hoped.
